Changing or Cancelling Your Order

After you placed the order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order.

To change or cancel your order prior to Producing you must contact customer care. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the Factory within minutes. If your order has already entered the Factory process, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Q: Can I return or exchange a product I purchased on

A: We do not have a Cash Return Policy. Return will not be applicable as the Factory will already be fabricated the good you have chosen.

Q: May I return a product from Special Deals?

A: Products that were ordered from the Special Deals section are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policies

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons.

Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Cannot ship to address provided.
  • Duplicate order was placed.
  • Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is canceled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact Customer Care by e-mail for a recommendation.

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer care within 3 business days upon receipt of the item. Please have your Invoice number available when you contact customer care.
